Privacy
paddock.vegas is published by Future Think Labs. The only personal information this site asks for is an email address and one answer about what you are here for. This page says plainly what is done with it, including the parts most sites bury.
The short version: we may sell or share it with commercial partners, you can stop that at any time in one place, and you do not have to ask twice. Your Privacy Choices.
Collection
Your email address. The site and form it came from. The interests you select — on this site, whether you are going or watching. And the notice and consent record: when you signed up and which version of the wording was on screen.
First-party engagement summaries: whether the email we sent was opened, and which links in it were clicked. That is the whole list. Everything above comes directly from you or from your response to us.
Said plainly, because it is the point of this page: these categories may be sold or shared with the recipients below, for the purposes below, unless you tell us not to.
Recipients
Affiliates under common control with Future Think Labs. Service providers who run things on our behalf — email delivery, hosting, analytics — under contract and only for that purpose. And commercial partners, including businesses in advertising, marketing, media, analytics, travel, hospitality, food, sports, entertainment, retail and technology.
The purposes are partner marketing, audience insight, measurement and offer development. We also disclose where the law requires it, where it is necessary to protect safety or our rights, and to a buyer or successor if the business or the relevant assets are transferred. Aggregate or deidentified data — counts and patterns that do not identify you — may be shared or published freely.
A partner who receives your information may use it, disclose it, or sell it onward — but only inside the categories of recipient and the purposes set out on this page, and only on one condition: the same duties come with it. Whoever holds it next has to honour the privacy choices you have made, honour an unsubscribe, delete on request, and keep you suppressed once you say stop. We only transfer where we can pass those obligations down the chain and propagate your choices along it.
A transfer stops being permitted the moment you opt out, and a choice you make afterwards is pushed on to the partners who already received your information.
Limits
No raw IP addresses. No phone numbers and no SMS. No precise location. No sensitive personal information — nothing about health, finances, government identifiers, race, religion, politics, union membership, sex life or sexual orientation.
We do not buy lists, rent lists, or append third-party data to yours. Every address is one somebody typed into a form. We do not knowingly collect or hold records for anyone under 16, and we delete any we find.
The site itself uses privacy-friendly page analytics to count traffic. It runs no third-party advertising pixels.
Your choices
Opt out of sale and sharing and we stop selling, sharing or transferring your information to commercial partners. You stay on the email list unless you also unsubscribe.
Unsubscribe and two things happen at once: commercial email across the entire Future Think Labs network stops immediately, and your address becomes unsellable and untransferable from that moment — the only exception being a compliance vendor whose job is making sure the suppression is honoured everywhere it needs to be.
Delete and we remove your records along with any linked marketing or export data. We keep exactly one thing, permanently: a one-way hash of your address on a suppression list. It cannot be read back into your email address, and it exists so a later import can never quietly add you again.
Global Privacy Control is honoured. If your browser sends the GPC signal we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing, and when you sign up we tie that signal to your address so it follows you off that one browser.
We honour these choices for everyone, everywhere. We do not check which state or country you are in first and then hand the rights only to the people who could already demand them.

Holding it
Your details stay active until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, after which the suppression hash is all that remains. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect what we hold. We do not claim they are perfect — no one honestly can — and we will not describe them in terms that imply a guarantee.
The publisher and controller is Future Think Labs. If this notice changes, the version recorded against your signup is what tells us which wording you actually agreed to.
